You can find ethical leadership and social justice principles in action at W&J College in the Office of Diversity & Leadership Initiatives. We offer a variety of programs, events, and opportunities for our community to explore the topics of race, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, and religion. You'll find campus-wide diversity and inclusion events such as monthly cultural heritage celebrations, diversity and social justice-focused workshops, and the Point of View discussion series.
Creating a Vibrant Community for Everyone
The Office of Diversity & Leadership Initiatives collaborates with multicultural student organizations, including the Asian Culture Association, Black Student Union, Gay-Straight Alliance, Hillel, and Latino Cultural Association, to design and host initiatives to support the diverse identities of our students, faculty, and staff. However you identify, there's space for you here and ways for you to collaborate with others and participate in events and initiatives to strengthen our collective community. Join us at any event and be part of the dialogue that makes our campus mission of scholarship, community service, and global citizenship come alive.
